MAC offers three excellent medical plans administered by Comprehensive Care Services. Single and dependent coverage are available. Medical coverage begins 30 days from the employee's date of hire. |
| Prescription Drug Service |
MAC offers a prescription drug service. Employees can have many of their maintenance prescriptions filled with a 90-day supply. Orders are taken through the phone or via the internet and the prescription is mailed directly to the employee's home address. |
| Dental Insurance |
MAC offers a comprehensive dental plan. Single and dependent coverage are available. The dental coverage begins 30 days after the employee's date of hire. |
| Life Insurance & AD&D |
Life insurance is available to employees. MAC funds a life insurance policy and an AD&D insurance policy equivalent to 1x the employee's annual salary. The policy is effective 30 days from the date of hire. Supplemental life insurance options are also available. Supplemental rates are determined by age. Employees may elect up to $500,000 in increments of $10,000. Spousal coverage is also available, however, the coverage may not be greater than 50% of the employee's coverage. |
| Long-Term Care (LTC) |
Employees have access to enroll in long-term care insurance. LTC is assistance provided to anyone who has a condition or illness that limits their ability to perform the activities of daily living. LTC provides coverage for nursing home facilities, home care, assisted living facilities, and adult day care centers. *Rates and coverage amounts are subject to change without notice.
