Minneapolis - St. Paul International Airport

Pre-Security,Full Service Restaurant Now Open

The Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport's first pre-security, full service restaurant is now open.  Houlihan's Restaurant, which opened Tuesday, August 26, is located near Security Checkpoint 1 in the ticketing lobby of the Lindbergh Terminal. It is open every day from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

“One of the most frequent requests we've received in recent years has been for an airport restaurant accessible to travelers and visitors alike,” said Jack Lanners, Chairman of the Metropolitan Airports Commission. “With the opening of Houlihan's, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport offers the perfect venue in which to see loved ones off, welcome home family members, or meet friends catching a connecting flight. Houlihan's is a welcomed new amenity and one more reason for travelers to make Minneapolis-St. Paul International their airport of choice.”

The restaurant will offer the same ‘scratch cooking' that sets Houlihan's apart from its competition. Guests to the new Houlihan's will find all of their favorite meals including Thai chile buffalo wings, mini martini “flights” and French-fried asparagus. This 4,500-square-foot restaurant boasts an interior of dark woods and bright welcoming colors throughout. The open kitchen welcomes guests who can choose to sit at the walk-around bar, the patio area or the dining room.

The restaaurant is being managed by SSP America. Additional information, including a map of its location, can be found at the Houlihan's ShopsAtMSP web page.
