MSP Airport Web site Wins Honors
The MSP Airport Web site has won second place in the Airports Council International - North America's (ACI-NA) 2009 Excellence in Airport Marketing and Communications contest. ACI-NA says 62 airports submitted almost 250 entries for this year's contest, which encompasses 18 categories recognizing work in marketing and public relations. MSP won in the Technology: Websites category.
One of the judges on the panel described MSP's newly re-designed site this way: "The website is very well designed and includes a lot of creative elements, such as the images accenting the navigation and the roll over images at the bottom. The look and feel of the website meshes perfectly with the branding of the airport. The multiple navigation options make it very easy to navigate the site and find what you are looking for."
Award winners will be recognized at the ACI-NA 18th Annual Conference & Exhibition on October 14.
