The Airport Cart Associate ensures daily operational performance goals are met or exceeded by working individually or as part of a team in the passenger terminal areas through service, maintenance, collections, and communication in order to improve the overall customer experience. Luggage Cart Agents will work under the direction of management to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

•    Perform the collection and transport of carts to ensure proper staging in the airport terminals, parking ramps and FIS.
•    Maintain a safe working environment by reporting any mechanical, service or safety concerns to management.
•    Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers throughout the terminals.
•    Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with employees, airport facilities, airline management and all government officials 
•    Complete daily tasks as assigned by the supervisor to ensure safe and effective operations
•    Compliance with attendance, performance, and company policies at all times
•    Communicating with other agents, supervisors, and managers to complete department objectives 
•    Able to perform under pressure and within fixed time constraints
•    Other duties as assigned
