Coordinating and communicating with employees. Assigning employees to calls to assist passenger. Answer phone calls and create calls/assignments for gates needing assistance. Be able to use a computer and be professional on phone. 

Shift: Sun and Sun 0400-1230. Mon, Tues, Wed 0600-1430.


Job duties include:

* Sitting for long periods of time

* Answering every phone call that comes in

* Assign passengers to Employees

* Proper radio etiquette for calling out calls
