We have been serving travelers of the world for over 70 years and supply more than 300 different Airlines with their meal, snacks, beverages, and anything else they may need for their in-flight service.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Cook to join our award winning team. Our Cooks are responsible for preparing food for airline passengers by following exact recipes and airline specifications.
Cooks must have experience with prep work, sauté, broiling, and frying, and have strong knife skills.
Qualified Cooks will have a working knowledge of methods and materials used to prepare food for large scale production.
Cooks are required to know sanitation and safety practices used in food handling and preparation.
Preferred: experience in Asian cuisine cooking (Japanese, Korean, Chinese)
Cooks Must:
- have large scale cooking experience
- able to pass preliminary drug test
- able pass federal background check
- work 10 hour shifts
