Senior Sales Associate, PT | WEEKEND SHIFTS REQUIRED

The responsibilities of the Senior Sales Associate are primarily to assume the Retail Store Manager's responsibilities during the Retail Store Manager's and Assistant Retail Store Manager's absence; secondarily to assist with the following responsibilities as directed.

These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• maximizing sales by effectively managing the day-to-day operations by creating, promoting and overseeing a profitable store through customer service excellence;
• arranging proper staffing, scheduling and floor coverage,
• assisting with procurement, accounting inventory control and store maintenance,
• ensuring excellent visual presentation of displays,
• developing a well-trained staff who adhere to safety standards and participate in community involvement.
• Also, to create a friendly and professional work environment with supervisors, co-workers, direct reports, vendors and customers.
