As the Shuttle Services Supervisor, you will:

  • Daily oversee the transportation and Concierge department including Shuttle, Bell, Valet, Door services, parking, Concierge, and the front drive
  • Open availability is required for events with a shift mainly consisting of Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm
  • Supervise check-ins and checkouts by coordinating actions of the Bell, shuttle, valet, and door Staff for maximum utilization.
  • Oversee bell stand, receiving telephone messages, emails and taking appropriate action.
  • Manage staffing levels and placement of Transportation department to maintain appropriate guest flow.
  • Plan and supervise organization and implementation of group luggage handling and/or storage (i.e. labeling and locking), and execute delivery.
  • Plan and supervise organization and implementation of group Valet events and parking.
  • Supervise and implement group amenities.
  • Supervise execution of group transports.
  • Prepare and process Conference Services gratuity forms for luggage handling.
  • Attend weekly Sales/Conference Resume meetings, as needed.
  • Attend pre-conference meetings on behalf of Guest Services.
  • Oversee the resume binder to stay informed of any group needs for the Guest Service department (amenity, luggage pulls, transportation needs, bus arrivals/departures, etc.).
  • Lead Transportation and Concierge Staff work assignments, manage scheduling of Transportation and Concierge Staff.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels for events and large group arrivals/departures.
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of other leadership to respond to and resolve escalated guest concerns or requests.
  • Assist with coordinating security detail as needed for events and VIP guests.
  • Oversee marquees for accurate and organized presentation of information.
  • Deliver messages from Front Desk or Concierge to guests.
  • Manage the operation with integrity to achieve key performance goals. Monitor, analyze and improve all primary variables impacting operating revenue and costs. Act with a sense of urgency to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained and compliant with standard processes and procedures. 
  • reviews and audits documentation related to operations daily (e.g., MVR, daily diver logs, Staff time and attendance, Maintenance logs), following up where appropriate.
  • Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising and rewarding.
Shuttle Service Supervisor
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to safely drive the 15-passenger shuttle bus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills is necessary.
  • Physical requirements include walking, standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and frequently lifting to 50 pounds.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience required.
  • Previous supervisor experience desired.
  • Work hours will frequently include weekends and holidays and occasionally include overnight shifts $500 Welcome Bonus
