Storage lockers are available in secure areas of Terminal 1-Lindbergh. The locker dimensions are approximately 23" tall by 15" wide by 35" deep and can accommodate carry-on-sized luggage. For security purposes, lockers are equipped with fingerprint technology to ensure only those who store the bags can retrieve them. Locker rental costs: $4 for first 4 hours; $8 per day. The lockers are intended for storage of 48 hours or less, and are emptied by Smarte Carte after 48 hours. Lockers are located in the following areas at the Lindbergh Terminal:

  • near Gate C2
  • near Gate C13
  • entrance to Concourse F

Lost and Found

The airport's Lost and Found office is located on the south end of the Terminal 1-Lindbergh Mezzanine Level, one floor up from the Ticketing Lobby.

Hours: Monday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Tuesday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

For items lost at a security checkpoint, call the TSA lost and found line at 612-486-6176, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For items lost on an aircraft, contact MSP's general information line at 612-726-5555, 8 a.m. through 10 p.m., 7 days a week, to obtain the airline's lost and found phone number.

Luggage Delivery Services

Minneapolis Transfers provides luggage delivery services for passengers arriving at either terminal. For more information, visit their website at

MSP Start! Walking Path

The Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) has teamed up with the American Heart Association’s nationally recognized Start! Walking program to offer a way for our customers to stay fit while traveling. Walk the official 1.4-mile walking path or kick it up a notch and add a few more concourses. Located at Terminal 1-Lindbergh. Check out MSP's Start! Walking brochure for more information.

Postal and Package Delivery Services

United States Postal Service drop boxes are located at both terminal buildings. Books of Forever stamps can be purchased from any US Bank ATM/Cash Machine, at no additional cost or fees. Any type of bank or credit card is accepted, as long as a PIN number is provided. Individual stamps are also available for purchase on a cash-only basis from the MSP Airport Conference Center, located on the mezzanine level above the entrance to Concourse F at Terminal 1-Lindbergh.

FedEx drop boxes are located in most Business Service Centers and on Concourse G prior to Gate G9. Travelex can also send packages via FedEx.

Quiet Seating Area

There are two quiet seating areas located inside the secure area of Terminal 1-Lindbergh on the Mezzanine Level overlooking the Airport Mall. Suitable for reading, resting, meditation or prayer. Take the stairs or elevator located at the entrances of the E or F Concourses and go up one level. Inside Terminal 1, visit an Information Booth or digital directory for further directions.
