Portal Lounge, a next-generation airport lounge by Gameway, is hiring part-time and full-time experienced Bartenders at its new MSP location. They will prepare and serve craft cocktails while delivering an elevated guest experience. This role emphasizes drink quality, menu knowledge, cleanliness, and bar organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve craft cocktails consistently according to established recipes and presentation standards

Demonstrate strong knowledge of the beverage menu and confidently guide guests through selections

Deliver engaging, professional guest service while managing multiple orders efficiently

Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout service

Prep garnishes, restock supplies, and ensure the bar is service-ready at all times

Assist with inventory awareness, waste reduction, and proper product handling

Ensure full compliance with alcohol service laws, company policies, and airport regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) year of bartending experience in a high-volume or craft-focused environment
- Solid understanding of classic cocktails, recipes, and proper bar techniques
- Strong guest service skills with a professional, engaging demeanor

Able to complete the alcohol training awareness certification
- Ability to multitask and maintain quality during busy service periods
- Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and bar standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must meet all legal requirements to serve alcohol
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds.
Compensation and Work Schedule:

Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Open availability required, including weekends and holidays, due to airport operations.
