If you’ve ever benefitted from a visit to one of the information booths at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP), or enjoyed one of the art displays or performances, then you’ve seen the Airport Foundation MSP at work.

The Foundation’s friendly, passenger-focused assistance was recognized recently by Bloomington, Minnesota Travel and Tourism, which presented the “Spirit of Hospitality Award.” The award stemmed from the Foundation’s commitment to customer service, accessibility, community engagement and elevating the travel experience at MSP. The Foundation also coordinates the volunteers who provide outreach and assistance to travelers, and the popular animal ambassador program.

Jana Webster, President & CEO, accepted the award on behalf of the Airport Foundation MSP. Leaders from the Metropolitan Airports Commission, Foundation volunteers, board members and staff were also in attendance to celebrate the honor. Webster congratulated all the award honorees and thanked them for their partnership supporting travelers to Bloomington and the broader Minnesota community.
