The MSP Airport Customer Service Action Council celebrated another record-breaking class of MSP Nice Award winners recently with a lively reception.
Hundreds of MSP Airport employees, volunteers and their families gathered to recognize the hard work and exemplary customer service of 399 MSP Nice Award winners, the largest group of winners in the program’s 11-year history.
The awards go to airport employees who were recognized by guests for assistance that went above and beyond expectations. With 499 total awards in 2025 — some individuals received multiple traveler compliments — the celebration held Jan. 21 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Bloomington was energetic and inspiring.
Attendees enjoyed live music, flight giveaways, raffles, games and more. A highlight of the program included individual winners sharing what being “MSP Nice” means to them.
