Pay: $23.00/hr. - $26.00/hr.
 
As a Ramp Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Ramp team and ensuring the smooth operation of various functions.
Responsibilities
  • Creates and maintains employee schedules
  • Timekeeping input for payroll
  • Maintain all employee records
  • Provide general administrative duties
  • Assist in answering employee inquiries
  • Assist with employee recruiting and interviews
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment
  • Promote work standards
  • Ensure employees follow all company policies and procedures
  • Assist Management with communications, reports, requests, and documents
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Two or more year’s experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational and time management skills
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts, weekends or irregular shifts, holidays
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
