Pay: $23.00/hr. - $26.00/hr.
As a Ramp Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Ramp team and ensuring the smooth operation of various functions.
Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains employee schedules
- Timekeeping input for payroll
- Maintain all employee records
- Provide general administrative duties
- Assist in answering employee inquiries
- Assist with employee recruiting and interviews
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment
- Promote work standards
- Ensure employees follow all company policies and procedures
- Assist Management with communications, reports, requests, and documents
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Two or more year’s experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
- Exceptional leadership, organizational and time management skills
- Must be flexible to work various shifts, weekends or irregular shifts, holidays
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
