JOB DUTIES:
● Properly stock, date, rotate, and check expiration dates.
● Help with loss prevention by properly rotating products and checking cooler temperatures.
● Frequently check the Book of Knowledge for the store’s product needs.
● Report any maintenance issues, such as spills or broken equipment, to management.
● Maintain cleanliness within the warehouse, store, and back-of-store spaces.
● Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
● Provide excellent service in receiving, processing, and distributing merchandise and supplies.
● Comply with delivery schedules and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.
● Manage inventory using computer systems and maintain bin locations.
● Assist with transporting products between the warehouses and stores.
● Handle warehouse maintenance and keep fixtures and equipment in good condition.

Label merchandise accurately and timely.
● Review incoming orders, report errors, and assist with resolutions.
● Communicate clearly with team members about inventory and shipments.
● Follow safety protocols when using warehouse equipment.
● Greet and assist customers when needed/in the absence of sales associates.
● Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and readiness for spontaneous MSP “secret shoppers.”
● Perform additional duties as assigned.
