Terminal 1 MSP Mall

Hearing loops send sound directly to the telecoil receiver in a person's hearing aid. The system eliminates most background noise and greatly improves understanding of speech and music. 

At Terminal 1, travelers will find hearing loop technology throughout the public spaces including:

  • The departures hall and ticketing
  • The arrivals level including both the baggage claim and the international arrivals areas
  • The main walkways of Concourses A, B, C, D, F, and G
  • The See18 short film space on Concourse C

At Terminal 2, travelers will currently experience hearing loop technology between gates H11 - H14 with construction currently underway to make it available in gates H1 - H10.
