2nd shift Supervisor

This is a 2nd Shift position (2:00pm-10:30pm)!

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate custodial staff to ensure efficient operations.

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain facility cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
• Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Address any custodial issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with facility management to address specific cleaning needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity is REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills for interacting with staff and clients alike.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
