Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team at Flagship Facility Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to quality service. This is a 3rd shift position (10:00pm-6:30am).

Responsibilities
- Perform routine floor maintenance tasks including striping, waxing, and buffing.
- Execute carpet cleaning procedures to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
- Inspect floors regularly to identify areas needing attention or repairs.
- Utilize appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions for various floor types.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during cleaning processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in floor care or custodial services (stripping, waxing, buffing) REQUIRED.
- A valid Driver License is REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
