Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Unit Store Manager to oversee daily operations, sales performance, and team leadership across multiple airport retail locations. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands airport operations, and can drive consistent execution across stores while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Annual Salary $70,000 -$80,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple retail locations within the airport
• Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance across all stores
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and hourly teams
• Ensure consistent brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer service
• Analyze sales reports, labor budgets, and inventory levels to optimize performance
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and labor efficiency for all locations
• Partner with buying, visual, and corporate teams to execute promotions and floor sets
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with airport authority regulations, security protocols, and company policies
• Address operational challenges quickly and proactively in a high-traffic environment
Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience (airport or high-volume retail preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and inventory
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
• Comfortable working in a regulated airport environment
• Proficiency in POS systems, sales reporting, and basic financial analysis
Preferred Experience
• Airport, travel, or hospitality retail experience
• Experience managing multiple store managers
• Background in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
