The Sales Associate’s main role, under the direction of the Manager, is to greet and assist customers, help them select products, and handle payments. This includes processing cash, and debit/credit card transactions. Sales Associates also stock products, assist with inventory, and keep the store clean and organized.

● Greet customers and answer any questions they have about products or services.  

● Guide customers to products and suggest items based on their needs.  

● Keep customers informed about sales and promotions.  

● Handle payments, including cash, credit, and debit cards.  

● Process returns and exchanges following company policies.  

● Support the company’s goals and follow management’s direction.  

● Maintain regular and reliable attendance.  

● Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.  

● Manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with management.  

● Help with loss prevention by following company, security, and rotating product procedures.  

● Complete required company training.  

● Wear the company-provided uniform, name tag, and security badge at all times during shifts.  

● Maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to grooming standards. 

● Stock shelves, label products, and help with inventory.  

● Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns.  

● Maintain store cleanliness and follow daily tasks.  

● Maintain product displays, ensuring items are organized and well-stocked.  

● Assist with opening and closing the store, including basic setup and cleanup tasks.  

● Monitor the sales floor to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment.  

● Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain cleanliness.  

● Dust shelves, displays, and products to keep the store tidy.  

● Clean windows and glass doors to ensure a polished appearance.  

● Wipe down counters, registers, and other surfaces to maintain a clean store.  

● Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.  

● Report any maintenance issues, such as spills or broken equipment, to management.
