Sales Associate
Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated Team to support daily store operations and help customer and stoker as needed. This role works closely with store Lead to ensure a customer obsessed culture, respectful working environment, smooth shifts, and a clean, well-run store.
(Open Availability Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Help customer get what they are looking for during shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer issues
- Operate register and assist with cash handling
- Help train and coach new team members
- Ensure store cleanliness, stocking, and food safety standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties and shift coverage
- Follow company policies and loss-prevention procedures
