Delaware North Travel is searching for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our Twins Grill team at Minneapolis Airport in Saint Paul, Minnesota. When guests are provided with excellent service, this is where we have achieved our greatest goal. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. Responsibilities and Qualifications

      Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
  • Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks
  • Assist managers in team member training and compliance
  • Investigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures operational areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
  • Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area

       Qualifications

  • Experience working in a restaurant; beneficial to have one- two years’ supervisory experience
  • Self-motivated, superior organization and guest service abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relation skills
  • No college degree required
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
  • Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
