Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to join our retail stores and are looking to join our team. This role is responsible for scheduling working as an assistant manager in our retail stores to support and organize our employees with employee relations and working within the confines of our store supervising and making sure product is being put appropriately and that our employees are learning their best to be organized, efficient and professional. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with other departments.
Mainly, you’ll be working as a retail assistant manager, along with providing management support HR on boarding training scheduling anything related to human resources field. You must have a background of some type in human resources along with retail.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, along with a strong background as an assistant manager of a retail or retail stores we are in organization with a chain of retail stores, and we need somebody with some good strong leadership experience who is able to schedule employees work on employee relations, and help with overall questions that being answered related to HR. Experience with HR software, such as ADP or Paychex, is highly valued. Proven experience in data analysis and performance management is also required. Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee orientation, including scheduling and coordinating logistics.
- Conduct interviews and gather information for new hires.
- Utilize data analysis skills to track and report on employee metrics, such as time-off and performance data.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training sessions, ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Manage employee performance by maintaining accurate records and conducting regular check-ins.
- Assist with change management initiatives, including planning and executing process improvements.
- Supervise and train sales associates as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
- Present data to management and other stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
