Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, from posting ads to in-person meetings, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Prepare essential HR documentation, including job offers and onboarding materials.
- Address staffing challenges, mediate disputes, and manage disciplinary actions with professionalism.
- Perform exit interviews, gaining valuable insights into employee experiences.
- Respond promptly to employee queries, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Revise and update company policies, contributing to a dynamic organizational culture.
- Maintain records, compile personnel-related data, and prepare insightful reports.
- Analyze compensation and benefits to design competitive programs, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Advise on policy matters, including equal employment opportunity and harassment prevention.
Qualifications
School or experience in HR or recruiting. We seek individuals with a robust understanding of regulatory compliance, customer service excellence, and personnel management. While experience in hospitality is welcome, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong problem-solving skills are crucial.
