Pay: $21.00/hr. - $24.00/hr.
 
The Aircraft Cleaning Supervisor safely and efficiently leads and coordinates the efforts of cleaning personnel and the timely delivery of all services for airlines as contracted. The Aircraft Cleaning Supervisor takes accountability for safety, operation standards, training, and policy implementation.
Responsibilities
  • Establishing shift assignments
  • Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations.
  • Coordinating between each assigned carrier to ensure that service meets the needs of the carrier to ensure on-time schedules are met
  • Communicating with other supervisors and managers to coordinate activities with other departments
  • Ensuring disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely, and consistent manner
  • Helps prepare the cabin for Customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories
  • Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
  • Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc.
  • Ability to comply with attendance/tardiness standards
  • Able to perform under pressure and within fixed time constraints
  • Follows and complies with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier rules and regulations
  • Ensure cleaning crews are being briefed before flights on positions to take and how the flight will work
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma of GED preferred
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background check
  • 2+ year of relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lead a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Must be able to lift / carry / push / pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
  • Subject to non-DOT drug and/or alcohol testing
  • Ability to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods
